Flare Gas Recovery

Global and local environmental organizations are becoming more concerned about emissions of the gas flaring. Not only gas flaring and the resulting emissions will affect the environment and wild life of the surrounding areas, it also causes serious health issues to the human body. Lung diseases such as asthma and many other respiratory problems are the results of improperly operated flares. Aromatic hydrocarbons and benzopyrene can also be included in an improper flaring operation. Such emissions can then result in carcinogenic problems and cancers.

According to World Bank:

“Thousands of gas flares at oil production sites around the globe burn approximately 140 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually, causing more than 300 million tons of CO2 to be emitted to the atmosphere.”

“If this amount of gas were used for power generation, it could provide about 750 billion kwh of electricity…”

”…the amount of gas that is being flared annually would worth 29.8 billion dollars!”

Solutions

- If we capture the flare gas before it is burned we will dramatically reduce the amount of emissions. - Decreasing the flaring events not only will be economically and environmentally beneficial, but also it limits the number of major emergency cases.

Zero Liquid Discharge Solutions

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions employ the most advanced wastewater treatment technologies to purify and to recycle virtually all of the wastewater produced by a plant. A ZLD solution is a process that is beneficial to industrial and municipal organizations as well as the environment because it saves money and no effluent, or discharge, will be left over.

Zero Liquid Discharge technology is an advanced, energy-efficient solution to meet strict environmental regulations and also to recycle almost all of the wastewater produced by facilities and to reuse the water in the plant process. Not only this technology helps you meet environmental requirements, but also it saves your money and creates a positive public image of your business.

In almost every advanced industrial plant in the world, you can see ZLD foot prints, simply because this technology is economical and it is beneficial to both industry and environment.

Solutions

Our ZLD Technology will recycle the wastewater generated by the plant, reuse it in the process and leaves you with almost no liquid waste or any effluent. In other words, you will be left with only and only solid wastes. As a result, you will need much lesser make-up water to be fed to the process (which saves you huge amount of money) and you will be left with wastes that are solids and therefore are easily disposable.

 Basic ZLD Packages

Our Basic ZLD packages are based on the conventional ZLD technologies. These packages offer novel combined evaporation and crystallization operations to meet environmental guidelines and to have a low-cost solution to recover the water.

Modular ZLD Packages

These more advanced packages are a combination of a basic ZLD package and one or more advanced patented modules such as Reverse-Osmosis unit, Nano-filtration unit, Softening unit, EDI unit, Electrocoagulation unit and etc. The advantages of our Modular ZLD Packages are to provide you with ease of operation and reduced operating costs.
